On June 23, 2001, on the eve of the 10th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan's Independence, the AS Art Gallery was inaugurated in the city of Naryn. Over the years, it has become a significant cultural center of the region, attracting the attention of both local residents and visitors to the country. The gallery presents works of famous masters from Kyrgyzstan and other countries, including the USA, France and Great Britain, which emphasizes its international status.

In the spacious halls of the gallery one can see works created by folk artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. Among them are such masters as Gapar Aitiev, Suimenkul Chokmorov, Tursunbek Gertsen, Jamal Kadyraliev, Turgunbai Kurmanov and many others. Their works reflect the deep traditions of Kyrgyz fine arts, as well as a modern view of the world.

The gallery also presents the works of honored cultural workers and winners of the Toktogul State Prize. Among them are painters, photographers and sculptors such as Sabyr Azhiev, David Flekman, Rashid Bukharmetov, Ermek Saliev, as well as Dinara Adashkanova, Kasym Orozmatov and other talented creators. Their works embody a variety of artistic styles and genres, each of which uniquely reflects the national and personal outlook of the authors.

The AS Gallery in Naryn continues to inspire generations of creators, offering a unique platform to showcase art filled with cultural heritage and contemporary trends.
