OASIS is a modern and lovely furnished guesthouse with a public cafe/bar area. It opened in January 2006, and has been managed and cared for 7 years by German-Austrian couple Sibylle and Rene Poeschko. However, Oasis is currently under Mongolian Management.Since May 2013, the german speaking Degi is the managing director. Together with a motivated local staff, they run the family guesthouse with the same international flair of the founding couple. The guesthouse is located on the south eastern border of Ulaanbaatar, not far from the Tuul river, but close enough to the city center to reach there within minutes. There is a busstop only 50 meters from OASIS, and groceries are easily acquired in the direct neighbourhood. Souvenirs and crafts from our own workshop are for sale in our in-house shop.We are also able to help you with the purchase of Mongolian Gers and their transportation, and can help organize the transportation of various vehicles, such as cars, etc. The necessary transportation crates for motorcycles are produced in our own carpenter‘s workshop. Besides all that, we also organize our own tours in the country, or can we assist you with an agency.

Guest House “Islam” is located in the picturesque village of Kazarman, in Jalal-Abad region, and has been welcoming guests since 2016. This house is distinguished by a cozy atmosphere and attentive attitude to each visitor. Over the years, the guest house has become a reliable place for rest for both travelers and those who are interested in the cultural and natural heritage of the region.

There are 8 rooms in the guest house “Islam”, which allows you to accommodate guests with different preferences for living conditions. There are two triple rooms, three double rooms and two single rooms, which makes the house convenient for both individual travelers and small groups. There is one shared bathroom for all guests, as well as a shower located in a separate small cabin on the premises. All conditions are created for a comfortable rest after a busy day.

The owner of the house, Islam, continues to work as a local guide. He knows the area very well and enjoys sharing his knowledge with guests. One of the unique places he can show is the Saimaluu-Tash petroglyphs - ancient images carved on the rocks. This is one of the most significant archaeological sites in the region, and Islam knows very well how to make an excursion to Saimaluu-Tash educational and interesting.
