The number of petroglyphs is estimated at more than 6,000, scattered over the village of Langar. The designs usually depict mountain goats, deer, hunters with bows and horsemen depicted at an altitude of over 3,000 meters above sea level. Many other petroglyphs show ibex hunting scenes, while others include images of musical instruments. 600 meters north of the school, on the rocky slopes is a first group of interesting petroglyphs, carved on sun-browned granite.
