Alex was great with communicating and organising our custom trip before hand. The trip itself was fantastic. He knew the area really well and we had great fun, ski touring in the Suusamyr area. He speaks the local language and knows families to stay with, which gave us a glimpse into the Kyrgyzstan hospitality and their traditions. I want to go back and see more of the fascinating and beautiful country.

Nomad's Land (Alex) helped us to plan and organize 8-days self-guided trekking in the mountains surrounding Karakol. It was our first visit in Kyrgystan and it was really good to rely on advices and suggestions of someone having mountain experince and knowledge of the local customs. The trekking was great, we started at Jeti-Oguz, then crossed Telety Pass, went down to Karakol valley, ascent to Alakul Lake, crossed Alakul Pass and went down the valley to Aksu. Nomad's Land arranged for us a nice trip from Karakol to Almaty by a private car, during which we visited the amazing Sharyn Canyon.

In my first trip to Kyrgyzstan I couldn't have hoped for more in less time. This company and specially his guide, Mikel, provided more than everything we needed to make this not just a holiday or a trip but a wonderful overall experience. Mikel was superb friendly, knowledgeable, emphatic, with superior problem-solving skills (there were a few unexpected bits as you would expect in this kind of trips but thanks to him they were even enjoyable!), top professional and with everything you could expect from a mountain guide. In fact he will exceed your expectations. Thanks Nomad's Land for being such a fantastic company and specially to Mikel for making every second delightful. P.S. If you ever talk to Mikel, ask him to tell you about 'carronhita'!

We had the opportunity to call on the services of "Nomadsland" during our crossing of Tajikistan by the M41. The advice of Samuel, the driver and the accommodation offered in Murgab and SaryTash made it possible for us to have an unforgettable trip. Great team here, they know how to take care of you. Very humble and friendly. We spent a week in southern part and they managed it really well. The place in Bishkek is great, on a quiet street but not too far from centre. Very impressed and will highly recommend.

Very reliable and good organization! Have helped us all around to plan our road trip, big plus: very flexible people, adapt their trips to your personal requirements and works with local partners (cool if you want to learn the local culture and inhabitants). Also renting camping/trekking equipment and possible to stay the night/eat in their guesthouse (Bishkek). Highly recommend this for travelers! FYI: the guide Shamil is amazing and very funny (we did a Song Kol Horse trip with him)

Nomad's Land organized for us, two colleagues, a weekend trip to Chon-Kemin. It was wonderful. They were very responsive to our wishes. The whole experience was very enjoyable. The guesthouse was simple, but fine, with a great host. Beka, our guide, led us expertly. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks, Fabien, for the great organization and the good advice.

We booked a ride from Almaty (Kazakhstan) to Karakol (Kyrgyzstan). This cross border trip is beautiful, and you cross many mountains. It is quite long, and we were riding in a regular sedan. It isn't anything fancy, but it does the trick! Our driver only spoke Russian, but he was very kind and helpful even though we didn't speak much Russian. We stopped for food in a town along the way. We also stopped at Charyn canyon for a few hours. This is a bumpy ride. The road isn't great, and it is slow going at times. The road wasn't paved and had lots of potholes. As long as you don't expect anything fancy, you'll be fine.

On our tour with Nomadsland everything was perfect, and it was one of the vacations of our life time. From the first day we contacted Fabian we were pleasantly surprised by the dedication and commitment he had put to build and organise the tour. Before and during the trip the communications was excellent and we were very impressed with the arrangements made for the entire trip. It was a unique experience and opportunity to see the untouched landscapes, spend time with local families and enjoy Kyrgyz hospitality. The Yurts family chosen by Nomadsland were simple however the overall experience was authentic. We were very happy by not being surrounded by any tourists. The accommodation and food was excellent. Our driver / guide made the trip really memorable. They have wealth of knowledge of Kyrgyzstan’s history, culture and geopolitical situation. It was worth having them with us as they really helped us connecting with Kyrgyzstan and understand the country. In a country where it's not that easy to backpacking on your own nomad's land helps you to organise a unique journey. I am very happy with the tour they organise, they got me. I saw amazing landscape and slept in wonderful places, in a yurt in a middle of nowhere or in shepherd house with local families. The guide Mirbek had a great sense of humours, incredible knowledge about his country. Easy going and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful 15 days in Kyrgyzstan and wholeheartedly recommend Nomad's Land to anyone the country would tempt - and believe us it is worth it! The team is as competent as it is cheerful and dynamic, with a real desire for ecotourism (it's not just marketing at home and that's a pleasure) and exploring off-track trails. We were able to walk the Kyrgyz mountain trails alone in the world, at our (good) walking pace and having the impression of being Kyrgyz for a little while in our life. A huge thank you to all the team who greatly contributed to such a success of our trip, we hope to have the chance to come back to see you one day!

We arrived in Bishkek with no plans. We went to the Nomad's Land office and they were really helpful. They tailored a trip for us and the organisation was incredible. We got to do some horse trekking and some hiking with knowledgeable guides. We definitely recommend (100%!!). Greetings to all the team !
