The memorial is dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the victory of Soviet troops over the fascists. It was erected in 1985 on Victory Square.
The memorial is externally an arch consisting of three curved arched lines. The central image of the composition is a woman mother who carefully holds the cup in her hands and looks into the distance, waiting for the return from the battlefield of her spouse and children.
The monument is filled with other sculptural images: the first is two fighters carrying a disassembled machine gun, and the second is several soldiers with children holding the way to their native house.
A wide staircase leads to the memorial, on each side of which there are stone slabs, engraved in two languages — Russian and Kyrgyz. You can read the names of the heroes-Kyrgyz as well as poignant words about the importance of Victory and about the immortal feat of people who gave all their strength to work in the rear.retaguardia.
