Guesthouse Meimandos

"The Planetary Eye" yurt camp is located on the southern shore of Issyk-Kul at an altitude of 1600 meters above sea level. The camp is amazing, mysterious and incomprehensible.
Here you want to create, paint stones, lay out patterns, build a rock garden and dolmens on the sand at the same time. Evening classes, i.e., games and entertainments conducted by the instructor, introduce a long-forgotten state of childhood, causing almost a shock. You're falling into childhood and getting younger before our eyes! Clean water, a secluded bay, interesting mountain excursions, excellent well-being, and morning and evening tai chi chuan classes create an unforgettable feeling of fullness.

Our names are Diana and Tilek, we are a married couple working in the tourism sector since 2013. During 10 years we have gone from guide to manager of a travel company, from driver to organizer of tours in Kyrgyzstan. During our work in the tourism sector, together and separately we conduct tours in Kyrgyzstan, as well as can conduct tours in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan according to the ready-made program. Due to family worries and taking care of her children, Diana could no longer go on tours and then the idea of building a guest house as a place for the family to rest in the summer and meet guests was born. Zheti-Oguz Gorge has always been a crowded place where guests come from all over the world. But there were hardly any guest houses with good conditions. Back in 2015 we purchased land near the Jeti-Oguz River and have never regretted it, despite all the difficulties we experienced.
The construction of the Eco Village Lodge guest complex was started in 2017. The first building was completed at the end of 2019 and we managed to receive our first guests from Australia before the pandemic started. At that time, there was no water supply and electricity was handcrafted. The 2020-2021 pandemic years we spent further developing and planning. 2022-2023 years, we actively welcomed guests and established ourselves as a cozy place to stay surrounded by pristine nature. The guesthouse offers meals on the basis of breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

As additional services we offer various handicraft master classes, folklore concerts, bicycle rentals, horseback riding, bathing in baths and fountains. Thanks to our fluency in English and German, we communicate freely with our guests and often keep in touch afterwards. 
During 2021-2024 we have built three additional buildings - 2 3-bed cottages and a building with 8 rooms, which is planned to be completed in May 2024. We see great opportunities in the tourism sector for further development and plan to move forward.

We grow fruit trees: apricots, apples, pears and plums. We also grow strawberries, vegetables and herbs for our own consumption and for guests.

Accommodation in Kamai family has a house specially for meeting tourists. She has been working with tourists for about 10 years and has a lot of experience in this field. She has purely ecological products that she grows from her garden. The guest house has 4 rooms that can accommodate up to 12 people. There is a shared bathroom inside the house.

Kyrgyzstan is rich of beautiful and unique places. One of its main attractions is the beautiful lake Kel-Suu. It simply fascinates with its unique appearance. The lake is located in the Naryn region, at an altitude of 3500 meters above sea level on the border with China. Lake Kel-Suu is one of the most beautiful alpine lakes in Kyrgyzstan.

It has one unusual feature, in honor of which it was given this name. Kel-suu translates from Kyrgyz as "incoming water". And indeed, sometimes the lake disappears, flowing into underground caves and grottoes.
